So, I read an interesting article at The Federalist which explains that, and it’s not just the DA.
The WI Constitution states that the only thing which can be considered when calculating bail is the likelihood that the accused will show up to their court date; not priors, the severity of the crimes committed, not even behavior in the court room. None of that is to be taken into account, which makes ZERO sense to me. The best predictor of future behavior is past behavior.
If you exclude all the black shooters whose gunfire is from outside school property, yes.

I’d say that is/was true of the psych drug shooters. Those are/were usually winter/spring events. Lately, there seems to be a shift to bullied shooters.

The kid in either MS of LA who went from shooting a kid in school, to jail, to a party at his house all in the same day.
If it is true that he was being bullied, his parents should have pulled him out of that school long ago. Why do people think kids should put up with taunts and assaults that no adult would ever tolerate at a job? Get your kids out of these horrible government schools. The bureaucrats who run them don’t give a rat’s butt about the kids.
