Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan said Wednesday that abortion is “part of the fabric of women’s existence in this country” as she tried to defend the 1973 Roe v. Wade precedent in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Heath Orgnization case.
Kagan took a firm line with Mississippi Solicitor General Scott G. Stewart, who appeared during oral arguments at the Court to defend Mississippi’s controversial 2018 law banning abortion, including in cases of rape and incest, before 15 weeks of pregnancy.

"Part of the fabric of men's and women's existence in this country":
-The right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness that the Supreme Court denies to children since Roe v. Wade
-The right to representation in a court of law that the Supreme Court denies to murdered children since Roe v. Wade
-The right to keep and bear arms that the Supreme Court allows states and municipalities to infringe upon
-The right to be secure in the one's persons, houses, papers, that the Supreme Court allows to violated daily
-The right to protection yet the Supreme Court allows the invasion of illegal aliens across our borders

IF women in the USA have sunk to this standard of life-—they have lost their way completely.
BIRTH CONTROL pills are available for very little money.

Unless you’re an unborn female baby who gets aborted. Then abortion is the cause of your non-existence.

Kagan: Abortion ‘Part of the Fabric of Women’s Existence in This Country’
Yeah, except for the ones butchered, before birth. They weren’t allowed to
exist, Kagan.
I guess Kagen should consider herself lucky to have been spared, by her own mom.
What a sick thing to say.

They cease to exist when you murder them.
That commie should have never been on the supreme court.

Kagan and Sotomayer are trying to change the argument into what they want. It is about whether the Constitution addresses abortion at all. It does not. Therefore, by the 10th Amendment, regulation of it belongs to the states. That is clear in the 10th Amendment.
