Funny. I would never associate the word “sanctify” with govt. Especially Congress.

Like Teddy Roosevelt used to say, ‘When they call the roll in the Senate the Senators don’t know whether to day “Present” or “Not Guilty”.’

He’s a charlatan.


He’s certainly a goofy loon, but I haven’t seen any suggestion - including in the government allegations - that he was remotely dangerous. The sentence is just ridiculous.

He might be guilty of trespassing and disturbing the public but I think that’s about it. Maybe 30 days in prison, if even that. Should be sentenced to community service instead. He wasn’t armed. Did he directly threaten anyone? The sentence was “cruel and unusual” so the SCOTUS should take up on this.
