Joseph Monahan, a lawyer who represents Edward Hospital, countered that Ng had shown improvement prior to being given Ivermectin. “Monahan also said the hospital was unable to confirm the contents of the drug given because the doctor obtained it online from India,” Daily Herald reports.

BECAUSE the FDA has a legal stipulation that mandates there can not be an available, effective and approved alternative to the “vaccine” before they can grant the Emergency Use Authorization.
How many have died because they blocked the use of ivermectin and HCQ.

Exactly. If Ivermectin (or HCQ or c, d and zinc) is officially acknowledged as a definite successful treatment, the EUA of the pharma jabs can’t be provided per federal law. They have to go through the whole 7-10 year testing process - when the chance to make all that money exists now.

Another interesting fact in this case is Mr. Ng improved so rapidly after Ivermectin was administered that within five days he removed the endotracheal tube of the ventilator himself.
From the interview with the lawyer for the Ng family, it’s interesting to learn that it wasn’t necessary to administer the Ivermectin by hypodermic injection which I assumed would be necessary for a critically ill patient on a ventilator. Dr. Bain ground up the Ivermectin tablets (available over-the-counter from India), suspended the powder in solution and administered it to Mr. Ng through his feeding tube.
