Joe Biden is the gift that keeps on giving. The gift, that is, of parallels with fellow Democrat Jimmy Carter.
Most Americans have no memories of the actual Carter presidency, from 1977 to 1981, but this Baby Boomer sure does. As for you youngins, you can can look him up, and you’ll see too: He was terrible in office. So terrible, in fact, that when he ran for re-election in 1980, he was thunderously defeated, losing to Ronald Reagan by almost ten points in the popular vote and by 489 to 49 in the electoral college.

Most people do not have a problem with sweaters. But we DO have a problem with is POTUS telling us to do with less, lower our expectations, saying that our best days are behind us, that there is nothing we can do, aligning with our enemies, begging others to send us energy when we shut down our own production and pipelines, etc.
Carter, Obama, and Biden all did this in spades.
THAT is what Americans hate.
Rather than standing up to OPEC or allowing more drilling on US soil to solve the energy crisis, Carter portrayed America as weak and powerless with his comment. Between that and only being allowed to get gas on alternate days depending on your license plate, Carter was toast after 1 term.
Biden was pudding after one week.

But then Biden blames others every time he fills his Depends, so this is to be expected.
America is toast if Brandon/Kamala/DEMs go a full four years to 2024.

Turn thermostats down to 58, speed limit down to 55, only buy gas on odd or even days…His own energy scandal, the original “synfuels” fiasco costing tens of billions, back when a billion was real money. Gave away the Panama Canal so the Chinese could take it over some years later. Sabotaged the Shah of Iran, thus turning loose the crazed ayatollahs and the terrorist state of Iran we know today.
