The Ukrainian president called on Vladimir Putin to publicly deny that he was preparing an invasion yesterday, saying Russia was sending “very dangerous signals”.
President Zelensky, 43, also made the extraordinary claim that he believed a coup attempt was being planned for December 1 in Ukraine, with the involvement of Russian citizens and the country’s richest man.
The remarks came amid continuing concerns in the West over the alleged build-up of almost 100,000 Russian troops on Ukraine’s borders. Moscow warned that suggestions of an invasion plan were “a provocation”.
President Zelensky told journalists in Kiev: “We believe that very dangerous rhetoric is coming out of Russia. It is a signal that there could be escalation.
“I believe there is a likelihood [of escalation] every day, but I think we are seeing an attempt today to frighten us,” he said, stressing that his army was “entirely prepared”.

That’s retarded. They had that navy base in Crimea since the 1780s. It was a childish neocon idea that by launching a coup in Ukraine it would become a NATO Navy base.
As for the Donbass area, it isn’t owned by Kiev anymore. When you throw a coup, you only get what you can grab by force. That is the whole concept of a coup. You don’t just automatically inherit everything the deposed government possessed. The reason? Because everyone else in the nation has the same right to grab things by force that the Kiev kids did!
Whine all they want. but Crimea and the Donbass is gone and looks to Russia. Russia is happy about that because it keeps the NATO retards from advancing right up to the Russian border.
100,000 troops isn’t enough to take much of Ukraine.
The US can do a lot besides put boots on the ground. Weapons, training, intelligence, money. Western Europe can choke Russia’s Italy-sized economy in a few short years if their leaders look for new sources of natural gas and the few other Russian commodities Europe semi-relies on.

Biden has Zelensky's back, he'll order the US military to war right alongside Ukraine, and NATO will throw in everything too, it'll be over in a couple of days, tops.

That’s a GREAT idea. Give 3 or 4 nukes to one of the most corrupt nations on earth, so that they can take on the world’s largest nuclear power, and maybe spark off a nuclear war war in the name of globalism! And hand the world an excuse to flatten Taiwan at the same time.

Ukraine will join the Soviet Union redux. Their fate was sealed when they gave up their part of the old USSR’s nuclear arsenal. Democrats aren’t going to help them, they just want to export and impose blue state perversion to the rest of America. I read an article over at WND about the fight over that, “State sued for demanding companies put gays on boards”, so give that a look. This new California ‘mandate’ also includes racial quotas, just as their last attempt had a quota for women. What we need is a communist quota of zero! Ukraine’s last government was complicit in framing Trump for Biden and Obama’s crimes, and Hunter was paid $83K a month ($1 million a year) by them and doesn’t even speak Ukrainian). Zero sympathy.
