Russia can grab Ukraine any time they like. They know that President Poopypants will do nothing of consequence. Same with China and Taiwan, except that the Taiwanese would have a fighting chance because they’re on an island.
There’s also a possibility that Taiwan has nukes. Maybe they could lend a couple to Ukraine.
