‘Kamikaze Democrats’ have arrived
Washington Times ^ | 23 Nov 2021 | Jennifer Harper

Posted on 11/27/2021 10:44:28 AM PST by Rummyfan

Watch your step, now. Look out for flying debris. The “Kamikaze Democrats” are here. This handy little description was coined by The Wall Street Journal editorial board Tuesday to describe Democratic lawmakers who must now face the daunting reality of the multitrillion dollar tax, climate and entitlement spending bill, which passed in the U.S. House five days ago. “House Speaker Nancy Pelosi marched her majority off a cliff in 2010 with votes on ObamaCare, and now she has done it again,” said the detailed editorial. “The 81-year-old Mrs. Pelosi is almost certainly retiring after this Congress, and this vote is a legacy project for her. But her younger members will have much to explain in 2022 as they defend this gargantuan, destructive and unnecessary bill,” the editorial advised, citing expensive particulars of the legislation which will raise taxes, raise energy prices and empower illegal immigrants, among other things.

“Democrats say their specific programs are popular — who doesn’t love free child care? But voters understand that nothing is free from the government, and polls are starting to show that voters think they will end up paying for it. They are right. There are only so many rich people to soak, and Democrats are cutting taxes for most of them,” the Journal continued.

Is she retiring? Regardless, Pelosi doesn't care. If the bill gets through The Senate the programs and spending it establishes will have metastasized by the time the GOP gets around to half-heartedly fighting them. And as with obamacare, we will be stuck with them.

Like Mayor Wheeler of Portland Oregon.

From picturesque pacific coast city to needle-strewn downtown Philly in just a few years.

The Democrats’ strategy seems to be to create a mess of everything so that when Republicans get back the majority they will have to spend all their time and energy trying to clean it up. This keeps the R’s busy with the old instead of focusing on the new.

Pretty clever strategy actually.

In the past they could always grab a few million. Lately, they’ve been grabbing billions.

Kamakazi or not, they are not going to miss a chance to grab TRILLIONS.

The Dims have no where to go except off a cliff and hope they land in a soft river that brings them gently to the land of milk and honey. The Dim policies are a time bomb waiting for the next Congress. The Dim president is a puppet for the Deep State. The Dim party has no one good enough to replace a president with dementia. Foreign leaders only have meetings with Brandon to get good stories to tell their friends at cocktail parties about the insane things he says, or the time he didn’t get to the bathroom on time. The best the Dim legislators can do is follow the direction of whatever post-election company will hire them as lobbyists.

So you're 81 and moving into a $25 Million compound in Jupiter, FL.

You and your husband have laundered 10s of $Millions over the years.

What do you do to "enjoy" the fruits of your fraud?

“ The Democrats’ strategy seems to be to create a mess of everything…”

That’s why Republicans should aim high and go full on Constitutional.

Reinvigorate the 10th Amendment. Reign in and legally define “Interstate Commerce”.

Strengthen the first 4 Amendments back to what they were before Judges “interpreted” all kinds of things that aren’t there.

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis) asserts wisely: “Democrats can only get funding from the
stable, reliable working middle class for their massive leftist giveaway programs.”

Bidung’s $2-5 trillion social spending boondoggle is AKA the Biden Crime Family Billionaire Enabling Bill.

Congratulations, Democrats: You Just Passed a Massive Tax Cut for the Richo

House Democrats just passed President Biden’s multi-trillion-dollar “Build Back Better” spending agenda. They’re pitching it as a historic investment in the middle and working class. So why is its second-largest provision a tax cut for the rich?

That’s right: The latest version of the Build Back Better plan includes $125 billion for healthcare subsidies and $130 billion to expand the child tax credit - yet it allocates $280 billion to fund tax relief for wealthy residents of blue states. The only item bigger than this tax relief for the rich is the funding for pre-k and childcare, which comes in at $390 billion.

At question is something called the state and local tax deduction, or SALT, for short. It essentially gives residents of high-tax (read: blue) states a discount on their fair share of federal taxes. The GOP limited the deduction as a part of its 2017 tax reform, and now the Democrats are trying to expand it again via Build Back Better.

The Democrats are attempting to spin this as “middle class tax relief,” but it actually almost exclusively benefits the rich. As the Washington Post explains, “Over the next five years, raising the SALT cap would provide a tax cut only to those who itemize their taxes and pay more than $10,000 in state and local taxes - a group overwhelmingly made up of the wealthy.”

According to the liberal-leaning Tax Policy Center, Americans in the bottom 40 percent of income-earners receive literally zero benefit from this change, while almost all of the benefit accrues to those earning more than $250,000 annually.

The Democrats’ goal seems to be to remake America in their own image, until it is the world joke of socialism, replacing North Korea in that role.

Hire several good ghost writers to create books from your B$!

Then, go on national TV: ABCNNBCBS for fun interviews to continue to stab Trump and his deploreables during these poisoned interviews posing as cutesy news.

This news stuns me. She’s Nancy Pelosi, San Fran Nan. I want to see her walking the streets of San Francisco. That’s where she belongs. She needs to be where her policies have metastasized to create a liberal paradise. She belongs on those streets. Not in Florida.

If she already lives in a liberal paradise, why the heck would she retire somewhere else, which isn’t a liberal paradise?
