This report from inside the Dept of Justice Office of Inspector General is very interesting; not just because of the ideology and agency attached to the issue they investigated, but also because of the recent timing this year – [ie. while the Rittenhouse and Arbery cases were being conducted.]
The essential summary of the OIG issue is that someone inside the DOJ Civil Rights Division; someone in charge of the secretive internal agency known as the Community Relations Service (CRS); gave access to the computer database of Main Justice to employment applicants for the CRS. We have tracked the CRS activity for years {Example Go Deep}. The core ideology of the CRS is virtually unknown to the public. The activists who apply for employment positions inside the CRS have one ideological outlook in support of radical elements like NAACP, Black Lives Matter, ANTIFA, andhttps://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2013/07/17/federally-approved-doj-crs-extortion-dream-defenders-and-thomas-battles-turn-justice-into-just-us/ other social justice causes. There is no other ideology in the agency of the CRS. Advancement of radical race-based agenda is their mission within the DOJ. That reality is well beyond dispute.
As a consequence, anyone applying for a job with CRS would have a very specific purpose. The motive for CRS leadership, to give a CRS applicant access to the Main Justice database potentially exploiting the entire federal Department of Justice, can only be looked upon as purposeful. Of course, the other possibility is that DOJ knew exactly what would happen because that was their intent in creating it. Given what we’ve seen recently, it wouldn’t surprise me for a second if that was the real reason for its creation. And regardless of the reason for creating it, a federal agency with “Justice” in its name has no business setting up offices that favor one racial group over another.
Meanwhile there is No Conservative counter to this.

Whether the United States government has a responsibility to weigh in to influence relations between and among races is at least debatable.
It is beyond debate, however, that the power to meddle in community race relations should never be vested in the Department of Justice because the power of the Department of Justice to intimidate is too great. The leaking of records of American citizens demonstrates that the Department of Justice is corrupt in this respect as well as in so many other ways.
Moreover, the history of the DOJ has shown that it is historically bent on colluding with leftist city and state governments to enter into sham settlement agreements to achieve leftist goals colorable he justified by race theory which actually advance leftist policies. One is reminded of the phony lawsuits and fraudulent settlements which perverted our election laws in several states leading up to the election of 2020.
To combine the power to intimidate with the power to prosecute is corrupt and repugnant to the principle of separation of powers.

I only just recently found out who the CRS was and what they did. Another metastasized arm, added to the thousands of existing arms of metastasizing government agencies.

After the Waukesha Murders, I read a thread on FR (maybe even linking back to the Conservative Treehouse) where they said to watch for the warning signs that the CRS has been activated as a participant in the handling of the information dissemination process, and lo and behold, boom...boom...boom...they all came to pass.
I have often thought that if James O'Keefe had not exposed Acorn and ruined their effort to be part of the government, their role in the government would have been very much like what we see CRS doing.
Basically, taking over the information part of these while letting the locals look like they were still in charge of it.
