"We just want them to do the right thing," Michael Harris from North Carolina said. Travis McMichael, 35, his father Greg McMichael, 65, and their neighbor William "Roddie" Bryan, 52, were charged with murder, aggravated assault and false imprisonment for the Feb. 23, 2020, fatal shooting of Arbery outside Brunswick, Georgia.

Now if the Klan did this in the Brooks case….
BLM needs to be arrested, convicted, and jailed if they riot, loot, and commit violence. Separate from that, these three defendents need to be convicted and executed. What they did was abhorant.
Once again they use the wrong word...just like when they say they want “justice”. They don’t mean peace...they mean CONVICTION.

Agreed. This one is a slam dunk. Never shoulda introduced a shotgun into that situation.
From this trial and the Rittenhouse trial, one rule seems to really jump out: don’t attack the guy with the gun. Beyond the legal arguments, beyond even the deeper moral arguments, charging/attacking someone who has a firearm is a good way to get shot.
Raising your voice at a school board meeting makes you a domestic terrorist but threatening to destroy property, cause mayhem and intimidating a jury......meh.
Less than murder 1 is my guess.

BLM was founded on lies by trained Marxists. Expect deplorable behavior, more lies on top of lies and double standards.
In reality this isn’t that much different than Rittenhouse except for race…and that’s a big except…a suspected burglar was attempting to disarm a person who was trying to detain him for the police…now three well meaning but stupid citizens will get life in prison…hell I’d rather be executed than go to lockdown carrying that baggage…why have court systems anymore…if the outcome is not satisfactory some parties will riot burn loot and cause more death by their dissatisfaction…

Yep. One could argue all day long about whether or not taking that shotgun was appropriate. But realistically...
shotgun + the chase + white guy shooting black guy = conviction
This case (as much as we can tell from afar) is the reason we have juries, and the same can be said about the Rittenhouse case.
The defendants in this case (probably) have the law on their side, I’m not so sure they have right on their side - and that’s what the jury is for.
In the Rittenhouse case, Kyle may or may not have had the law on his side, but he UNQUESTIONABLY had right on his side, which, thanks to the jury, is why he is a free man today.
