The White House on Tuesday defended President Joe Biden’s claim that Kyle Rittenhouse was a “white supremacist” in a campaign video.
White House press secretary Jen Psaki dodged questions from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy about whether the president would apologize to Rittenhouse after he was found not guilty of murder.
AD During the 2020 campaign, Biden posted a video on his social media account accusing Rittenhouse of being a white supremacist.
Rittenhouse, who was found not guilty of murder charges in a high-profile case, said that Biden was wrong to describe him as a white supremacist.
“It’s actual malice. Defaming my character for him to say something like that,” Rittenhouse said in an interview with Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
Psaki argued that Rittenhouse took photos with groups like the Proud Boys, which Biden had condemned.
“He has obviously condemned the hatred and the division and violence we’ve seen around the country by groups like the Proud Boys and groups that that individual has posed for photos with,” she said.
Psaki turned her remarks to former President Donald Trump, accusing him of “actively” encouraging white supremacists and militia during his presidency.
“What we have seen are the tragic consequences of that when people think it’s ok to take the law in their own hands instead of allowing law enforcement to do its job,” she said.

If Rittenhouse decides to sue Biden, he can use Psaki’s comments to prove to a jury that Biden and Psaki have no intention to apologize and should be evidence of malice by Biden and Psaki toward Rittenhouse.
The one major defining characteristic of every liberal and Leftist is the complete inability to EVER admit they were wrong about anything. EVER.
After Kyle Rittenhouse shot three people, he went to the Kenosha police to turn himself in. They told him to go away and pepper sprayed him. They were too busy watching Kenosha burn to the ground.

So, what are citizens supposed to do when law enforcement is PREVENTED from doing its job by those who hold political power over them?
They are expected to bend over and comply their way out of tyranny.
Constitutionally, only Legislators are protected from slander and libel torts.
Psaki is not a legislator.
