Joe Biden filed an emergency lawsuit on Tuesday seeking to immediately reinstate his vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more workers after the rule faced a series of legal challenges.
Earlier this month, the Fifth Circuit Court in New Orleans issued a preliminary pause on the order, which prevented the Occupational Safety and Health Administration from moving forward in implementing the employer rules.
The Justice Department argues in its filing, according to The Wall Street Journal, that the rules reflect 'OSHA's judgment that these measures are necessary to mitigate Covid-19 transmission in the workplace, and the grievous harms the virus inflicts on workers.'

There is zero Constitutional authority for the executive branch of the federal government, via OSHA or any other means, to mandate that Americans get injected with the poisons labeled COVID vaccines.
The effect of all of the poisons labeled COVID vaccines is to flood the bodies of the people injected with a version of the Baric-Daszak-Fauci spike protein.
The Baric-Daszak-Fauci spike protein, by itself, is deadly.
It is, amongst other things, like a skeleton key that can invade every part of the body. Every cell. Every system.
It will cause severe damage in millions of people.
For some, the effects will become apparent quickly.
For others, the effects will build over time.
Sounds like your buddy contracted Covid within 14 days of getting jabbed.
The poisons labeled COVID vaccines are an extermination plan.

Yes. It’s been the plan all along. It doesn’t kill everyone but when this is all over, several million less people, maybe a billion, in this world. They can blame some deaths on covid of course, and then what covid doesn’t kill, they can blame on unseen circumstances. Most of these people already have some other health problems. Blame the deaths on that. Scientists don’t know what happens in the future. The man made spike protein has never been fully tested.
Bidens administration isn’t operating with the Constitution in mind......rather welding their power to advance what they want, they know they can do so without accountability and can manipulate through any resistance.

As I said yesterday, I spoke with my daughter yesterday who works at 4 hospitals, the ICU is mostly full of the fully jabbed, but they are NOT sick and dying of COVID, they are Dying from Organ Failure, liver and kidney mostly. The “breakthrough” COVID patients are being killed with Remdesevir

The weaker sex is the stronger sex because of the weakness of the stronger sex for the weaker sex.
And if it doesn’t prevent you from contracting and then transmitting it, how do they even make a case to regulate it?
PLUS, if like they say, the most it’s going to do is moderate your symptoms if you get it, then it seems like it would make transmission MORE likely because you’re more likely not to know you have it and/or more likely not to isolate.
So the only potentially justifiable reason, to protect your coworkers (customer safety would probably be addressed by health departments), is not only not supported, but the vaccine might put those people in MORE danger. Some ‘emergency’!
