Afederal judge knocked former President Trump on Monday for his repeated claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen, arguing that former Vice President Al Gore "was a man" and accepted his election loss in 2000.
"Al Gore had a better case to argue than Mr. Trump and he was a man about what happened to him," Senior U.S. District Judge Reggie Walton said, according to CNN. "He accepted it and walked away."
Walton was referring to Gore's decision to concede the race to President George W. Bush after weeks of legal battles, which were triggered due to an extremely close vote tally in Florida.
The judge's comments came during a plea hearing for Adam Johnson, the Capitol rioter who was seen carrying House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) lectern through the Capitol building during the Jan. 6 riots.

1. Gore got the courts to force extensive hand recounts with ballot examination, Trump did not get that.
2. Secondly, Gore conceded, then unconceded, and finally conceded again after the SCOTUS took the case, SCOTUS never took Trump's case.

Gore never accepted the loss and Hillary never personally conceded either.
Frankly I find this judge biased and he should recuse himself from the case immediately.

Why should someone accept election fraud? Gore and co committed mass election fraud, but not on the same level biden did. Democrats are reprobates.

Moron! Trump never really got any day in court. The steal was in effect and total government collusion was required.

Reggie, who for the longest time couldn’t face facts that everyone else found obvious in General Flynn’s case?

These are incredibly injudicious comments this judge is making. They have nothing to do with the sentencing of the individual before him, and are simply the judge making his own political statement.

I am 65. I vividly remember Gore vs bush. I was in Tallahassee where believe it or not is where someone was holding a sign. It said freerepublic.com. and the rest is history.

Yep. The SCOTUS took on the Bush - Gore case.
SCOTUS was gutless on the 2020 election.
