Dems don’t have too many cards left to play these days, just their two obsessions.
Kyle Rittenhouse’s acquittal is a dramatic affirmation of the right to self-defense and a huge blow to the gun control movement.
This drama is a long way from over. If people such as Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) and BLM activist Troy Gaston have their way, the Justice Department will try to charge Rittenhouse under federal civil rights law. At the same time, Rittenhouse will, almost certainly, sue those in the media (CNN and the Washington Post, among others) and President Biden for libel and slander. And Rittenhouse is bound to be sued by the families of the people he shot for wrongful death and injury.
There have already been riots by the usual BLM and Antifa thugs in places such as Portland, Oregon, where they have been allowed to break the law with impunity for many months. Similarly, the media is saying that the San Francisco and Chicago lootings of Louis Vuitton and Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom stores occurred because of the Rittenhouse verdict.
It will be virtually impossible to bring federal civil rights charges against Rittenhouse because he was not acting “under color of law,” i.e., functioning as a sworn police officer or an official of a local, state, or the federal government. The rifle he used was not transported over state lines, so the FBI apparently has no criminal jurisdiction over him. But Biden’s remark that he is “angry and concerned” about the verdict may be enough for Attorney General Merrick Garland to try to charge Rittenhouse under federal law.

If that happens, it’ll be another affirmation of just how stoopid the radical left wing extremist/socialists are. They can both phu cough.
Jeb Babbin.
That’s one I haven’t heard from in a while
A Bushie
The left has pimped so much racism misinformation the only ones who listen to them are the racists.
The left plays so many false cards you would think your in a poker game with the Clintons.
I go to the range to practice good gun control.
So, give us what we want or we will riot and loot your retail outlets? Sounds like a plan for peaceful living.
Sure - why not? Justice by popular referendum. Why bother with rules of evidence, procedure and all that bother selecting juries?
Gun control is a good sight picture and a smooth trigger pull.
“just their two obsessions”
Really just one obsession: to punish ideological impurity. Socialist paradise is only possible when the impurity is completely removed from any human being who survives their purges. Or so is their faith.
I find it quite interesting that the pro-gun control people are always bringing up slavery when they push for more gun control and conveniently forget that slavery was the reason for gun control. And now they want to take the guns from everyone.
HELLO? MCFLY? GUN CONTROL = SLAVERY!

“It wasn’t Kyle Rittenhouse on trial in Wisconsin. It was the right to self-defense on trial.”
Smart kid
Lets see how they play their race card in Waukesha.
Kyle was also smart to publish that he backs BLM! When the defamation suit(s) begins, this remark increases the contrast from being called a white supremicist!!
Yep, he's for PEACEFUL protests. Of course not many BLM riots are peaceful.
It matters not about the truth of what he believes. What matters is how his comment affects the outcome in an upcoming defamation suit(s)!
Gun control? How about making BLM a domestic terroist organization.
But Biden’s remark that he is “angry and concerned” about the verdict may be enough for Attorney General Merrick Garland to try to charge Rittenhouse under federal law.
