The Fairness For All Act (FFAA), an all-Republican bill that would make sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) a federally protected class in return for certain “right to discriminate” carve-outs for dissenting religious institutions, was originally introduced in 2019 by Representative Chris Stewart of Utah. Stewart, whose district went for Donald Trump by 16 points in 2020 — up two from 14 points in 2016 — reintroduced the bill at the outset of the 2021 congressional session with the backing of such well-known Republicans as Elise Stefanik, Nancy Mace, and Burgess Owens. So “sexual orientation and gender identity” becomes a special class requiring special protection, special privileges, special everything. That means that if I say a transgender lives in a make-believe world and in need of special psychiatric treatment to convince him he was born a male and is still a male, I will be in trouble with the law.

Don’t see Liz Cheney on that list. Therefore we can claim that SHE HATES GAYS and is fine when they’re are discriminated against...and use it against her in the Primary.
More specifically, the only sex-related protection in the Constitution limits federal sex protection laws to voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment (19A).
"19th Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
In fact, instead of the Supreme Court advising Virginia Minor to claim to be a man so that she could vote in a state that prohibited women from voting in the 19th century, the Court simply sided with the state, indicating that she couldn't vote under state law because she was a biological woman at birth.
Consider that her effort to vote led to the ratification of 19A.
So Republicans are foolishly following in the footsteps of likewise Constitution-ignoring Democratic lawmakers, unthinkingly expanding the federal government's powers to try to get reelected by promoting a politically correct bill based on constitutionally nonexistent federal government powers.
These so-called Republicans need to be primaried imo.

Consider that all the states can effectively “secede” from the unconstitutionally big federal government by doing the following.
Patriots need to primary federal and state elected officials who don't send voters email ASAP that clearly promises to do the following.
Federal and state lawmakers need to promise in their emails to introduce resolutions no later than 100 days after start of new legislative sessions that proposes an amendment to the Constitution to the states, the amendment limited to repealing the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendments.
