Companies have turned to recruiting unvaccinated workers in the latest effort to combat the nationwide labor shortage that’s preventing companies from bouncing back from the depths of the pandemic.
JP Valadez, a worker at NextGen Code Company in Lubbock, Texas, launched NoVaxMandate.org, an online job board, to help connect the unvaccinated workforce to employers in need of more help, CNN Business reported.
Since the site’s August launch, it’s drawn more than 2.25 million unique visitors and over 20,000 resumes have been posted, Valadez told CNN. The site recently had roughly 500 active listings, the report said.

GAB has a group that puts employers and un-vaccinated job seekers in touch with each other. It seems to be working well. I’m seeing more and more job ads stating “vaccination not required”.
Does one prerequisite include the fluency of English?

I saw a job delivering Amazon packages for a subcontractor advertised the other day. “Drug test required (not including marijuana)”, the ad stated. This was a job driving a company-owned van (non-CDL).
They’re finally figuring out how to get more people to apply for jobs.

Now we’ll finally see some action from DC about undocumented workers.
A lot of the jobs seemed to be computer programming type positions. Some were delivery driver positions specifying certain regions. I can’t remember a lot of the others since I was not perusing them closely as I’m not job looking. The main thing was “no vaccination required”.
If there are any sane HR people out there (and there aren’t many), they would run to hire and promote the unpoisoned people for their companies.
They will not only get better productivity and fewer sick days from their hires, they will also not have to pay the fortune in healthcare costs the poisoned workers will have.
Those who have been poisoned by “Da Vaxxxxxx” will cost the companies a fortune in lost productivity, lost work days, and lost finances to insurance programs.
Only a fool will hire poisoned people now.
In New York, where the bastard former governor made marijuana legal, the number of vehicles that reek of pot as I drive by is astounding. I have never seen, actually smelled, anything like it. To my knowledge, there is no fast detection method for police to check if a driver is high like with alcohol. I have seen my auto insurance premiums increase about 30% in the past few years and I have no claims!
The fact that people are driving while high is frightening. And I love when pot smokers say that pot is not a gateway drug or makes people violent. When you mix it with other drugs and alcohol, it does.
And Amazon drivers are horrible by me. Very reckless and could care less about delivering a package to the correct address.
