The list is getting pretty big for libel and slander. CHA CHING! I do notice in the pic from the post that the msnbc header at the bottom of the screen finally ties in the racial component:

Unfortunately for Rittenhouse, these statements don’t appear to be actionable. He spoke to his opinion of the trial outcome, but unless he actually labeled Rittenhouse a murderer or white supremacist, it’s just a stupid opinion being expressed. JMHO
