Actually... They have been “busing” the Jury in and out. Someone claiming to be an MSNBC reporter followed the “bus” after it left the courthouse. Ran a red light trying to keep up with the bus and got stopped.

But the jury isn’t sequestered.
So they can hear crap from their family and friends and search the internet, watch TV coverage, etc.

Longer the jury deliberates there’s a danger of some ‘convict him of something and let’s go home’ to the holdhout professor yankee lady.
With a hung jurty unable to acvquit or convict, can the judge declare dismissal with prejudice so there won’t be a retrial?
This could give the judge an out he might be looking for to dismiss w/prejudice.

They load the jury on a bus with blacked out windows and bring them to some other location to unload them, get in their cars, go home each day.
The MSNBC guy followed the bus and said it was on orders of a superior. Judge read the names into the record.
Judge banned MSNBC from entering the courtroom for the res to the trial.

Very rare for a judge to dismiss with prejudice the commentators say but it can do it technically. He has that power.
Not enough to ban MSNBC..now the judge has the perfect reason to declare a mistrial WITH prejudice..the commie left blames MSNBC and sets the headquarters on fire..its a win/win

On LinkedIn, there is an Irene Byon who lists herself as an NBC producer in New York
Yes, that was a mistake not to sequester them. This whole trial should have been held in a different venue. It was an accident waiting to happen before it ever started.
So who gave the enemedia the info on when and where to find the bus....
