Harris Faulkner is breaking news that the original video of higher resolution was exclusively from Fox News. Jonathon Hunt is reporting he was on the ground the day of the shootings, it was their drone video. It shows roesenbaum throw the bag and continues to chase KR, as he get closer KR turns and fires.
You bring up a good point about the sling. I don’t know if it would’ve been faster with or without the sling.
He didn’t blast them but he did say that the defense should be pushing harder on the issue of the mistrial and was disappointed about that. He was nice but made his point :-)
I remember from yesterday that Natalie Wisco mentioned the file name extension of the smaller, lower resolution video was a MOV file format. A MOV file is an Apple QuickTime Movie file. It can be played using iTunes, VLC, Google Drive and Windows Media Player, among others.
I do not believe she mentioned the file name extension of the larger, high resolution video. If this file is not a MOV file than a conversion program (like Handbrake) would have to been used. Compression cannot account for this.
I cannot envision any plausible scenario where this could have been accidental.

A man's life hangs on this trial. This judge with his anecdotes and history lessons is a cruel joke.

You’re right, it does.
I thought he meant the email servers compressed the file. Simple solution would have been to zip the file(s) before sending. A server can’t compress a zip file any further. When unzipped, you get the original files.
Unfortunately, even after decades of people using computers in their everyday life, most still seem to be computer illiterate.

an employee dropped it off to the crime lab(?) named Bennan (sp) Lunchbox seemed shocked that Bennan wasn’t the owner (He asked Richards that wasn’t the owner? Richards shock his head no)
There are websites claiming his name is Maurice Freeman but I don’t know if that’s true.
But consider this… Binger referred to him as “the man defense likes to call ‘Jump Kick Man’l and part of the rumor is Binger told Kyle’s lawyers after trial began that a man claiming to be Jump Kick Man contacted his office.
It also came out last night due to internet sleuths (see my vanity on the topic) that the mysterious drone footage given to the stste shortly before trial by some man of mystery appears to actually be the Tucker Carlson Fox video taken with the Fox logo cropped out. So they basically aired TV footage as evidence.
My theory is that a white hat LEO copied the drone footage. FBI remember was there with heat signature drones. Lin Wood got it and aired it on Tucker.
The state couldn’t find it so they just copied and cropped the TV footage.
Also, internet sleuths noticed the state was using what appears to be a personal computer for Klauss the ADA. It was his work computer but they didn’t use a dedicated to evidence-only computer.
When the video was played from it he clicked to close it and it exposed on screen his desktop.
He has a video compression program on his computer!

Agreed. And this is why he is not getting a fair trial. I think the judge wants this to happen so he can declare a mistrial w/o prejudice and punt to another court/judge. Hope I’m wrong.

Crime Lab is a state actor.
So if Crime Lab compressed it and misled defense = mistrial.
Lunchbox was saying it was the phone from iPhone to Android that caused the compression.
None of what he said made sense and he was called down for it. Need to swear them in and ask what happened so there are real consequences for misleading the court.
Defense is too passive. Judge is too passive.
