BOURBON, Mo. (KTVI) – A Missouri mother is recovering from brain damage after a roadside attack that police said stemmed from a road rage incident.
Surveillance video obtained by sister station KTVI shows a driver following a woman’s car for about 4 miles on a highway near Bourbon, Missouri.
What happened next almost killed Jamie Peters, a young, thriving, and energetic mother of three, as seen in pictures before the attack. (Snip) Peters was on her way to work the morning of Aug. 17 when something happened that led to another driver chasing her.
“He followed her about 4 1/2 to five miles down the road, back all the way into town,” Oldham said. “Everybody’s asked me ‘Why did Jamie stop?’ We don’t really know why she stopped. The particular place she pulled in at is right in the middle of town, and we just assume that maybe she felt like she was safe and that she could confront the person that was following her.”
An eyewitness who did not want to be identified told KTVI, “I got up at 7:30 a.m. I heard someone screaming outside — yelling, you know — so I opened up the door and she said something to him, and he did a roundhouse on her — complete around and she flew through the air 15 feet.”
Peters fell and hit her head. The witness said he identified the man to the police.

The Media hasn’t pointed out the dangerous propaganda they are spreading in order to get Kyle Rittenhouse.
That’s awful. They know who did it. A Joe Voisey.
Discovered after 3 months.
I read nothing about him being arrested or charged.
In the news story, the lady appears to have a dented skull on the right side. If that is one of the results of her beating, she will always be in a state of recovery.
AT least she is concious and not paralyzed.
*shrug* Everybody takes a beating sometime.
It’s ALL GOOD with Kraus the Kraut.
Apparently!
Good thing she didn’t bring a gun.
Further info...arrested & charged:
I wonder if she hit her head on a curb. He should have just drove away from wherever the driving incident occurred. People make mistakes driving, sometimes the mistake is yours.
Also, better to just say I am sorry if someone confronts you. Too many people on drugs.
I was gonna say, sounds like meth.
He was charged with felony assault per the video.
He was charged with felony assault per the video.
In that situation, pull into a police station. (Unless you are in San Francisco, LA, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia or Atlanta)
Nor will they. They and the Democrats, A/k/A, the Left are trying to destroy our system of justice and turn it into an instrument to use for their purpose. And in the last few years they are succeeding.p>
I always try to remember that when other drivers do things to get me upset. When I make driving mistakes (and I do) I want to be forgiven, so obviously I need to forgive others' mistakes.
If I were her, I'd sue him for half of everything he earns for the rest of his life.
If it had been my wife, he would not have done it again. Or he would have done with a few extra .357 holes in his head.
“...complete around and she flew through the air 15 feet.”
I’m sure it was a horrible beating and criminal act.
But I don’t think she flew 15 feet through the air.
I am wondering if it was a roundhouse kick, not a punch. Maybe she is a petite woman.
