The South China Morning Post (SCMP) on Wednesday quoted a “person familiar with the matter” who said President Joe Biden asked Chinese dictator Xi Jinping to release China’s oil reserves, thus stabilizing the high oil prices that have been helping to drive Biden’s poll numbers down.
According to the SCMP’s source, in addition to Biden asking Xi for oil during their Tuesday videoconference, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken made the same request of Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi two days earlier.

China produces, what, a third of of the oil the U.S. does? And they do it a lot less cleanly.
Xi probably has a picture of Biden inside his toilet seat lid, so he can pee on him and worse each time he visits the porcelain throne. I think such a portrait sticker would be a big seller here.

They are going to nuke us and take all of our oil and coal. So instead of them sending us fossil fuel, we’ll send them all of our resources we will no longer need.
No you are correct. We are and have been selling millions of barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve since August, and recently a super tanker load departed Houston for Asia. Presumably China.
Dirty oil shipped half way around the world in big leaky ships is way better for the environment than clean oil transported in pipes

China consumes an estimated 14.5 million b/d of petroleum and produces 5 million b/d. So they don’t have any extra.... Biden wants China to release some from their reserves, exactly how will the oil get to the USA? How long will the ships need to wait to be off loaded?
Honestly, he is wanting to make all of our lives miserable. But, faith in God is what keeps me going.
