Attorneys for former President Donald Trump sent a letter to the Pulitzer Prize interim administrator promising "prompt legal action" if 2018 awards to The New York Times and The Washington Post are not rescinded.
The Times and Post won Pulitzer Prizes for their coverage of the since-discredited Russia collusion case.
...
"ββIt is hereby demanded that the Pulitzer Prize Board take immediate steps to strip the New York Times and The Washington Post of the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting. Pulitzer Prize Board's failure to do so will result in prompt legal action being taken against it," wrote attorney Alina Habba, of Habba Madaio & Associates.

I believe Trump's purpose is to illuminate the massive world wide disinformation hoax perpetrated by the Democrat/Mainstream Media/Clinton Family conspirators.
Out the Truth!

Shine a light on the dark deeds of the state controlled propagandist masquerading as media.

Personally, if you want to get thrown off my front porch face first, just knock on my door and tell me you have won the Pulitzer Prize.
Other than that, I'm unbiased.

If these two papers were interested in even feigning journalism (LOL) they would return the prizes on their own.

Sadly, it’ll never happen. The ComPost and Slimes are joined at the hip with the Pulitzer Crap.

The Pulitzer Prize is itself a hoax award. It's not awarded to the journalists that brought the unknown into the known. It's awarded to the journalists that did the best at ginning up the masses into over nothing burgers.
It's even named after Joseph Pulitzer, the master of yellow journalism (as fake news was called in his day) who famously ginned up the public to demand our leaders to go to war with Spain over the USS Maine. The USS Maine exploded off the coast of Spanish controlled Cuba in an era when steam powered ships exploded regularly, which is probably what happened to the USS Maine. But Pulitzer was in competition with other yellow journalists with who could keep the masses entertained with "investigating the truth". There would have been no Spanish American war without Pulitzer.
That's what everybody should remember whenever they read that someone won the Pulitzer. It literally means a specialist in fake news.

Remember the name "Janet Cooke"? She won a Pulitzer Prize in 1981 for her story about an 8 year old heroin addict named Jimmy. She wrote for the
Washington Post. Heart wrenching story. Everyone, including DC mayor Marion Barry wanted to find the kid to help him. Thing was, Cooke made the whole thing up.
The Washington Post returned the Pulitzer. What is the difference here?

Exactly. You can be damn sure Walter Duranty’s Pulitzer is still on display in the lobby.
