The Centers for Disease Control, or CDC, once was a federal agency that nearly everyone respected. That no longer is the case. Now there are many reasons why the CDC should be widely disrespected. With over 10,000 Americans dying weekly from COVID-19, the CDC is not protecting public health. Its latest debacle is how it changed the definition of "vaccine."
Just imagine this: The entire push for COVID "vaccines" was based on a lie – they did not meet the official CDC definition of a vaccine. Through deception, the government could coerce the entire population to get the shot. Calling them "vaccines" was the biggest lie from Anthony Fauci and the key to drug companies making many billions of dollars.
Why would the government's key public health agency change the definition of what a vaccine is in the midst of a pandemic? And after millions of Americans have taken the shot? Now millions more are being beaten into taking it for the first time and others to get booster shots.

Social media is calling bluff on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for modifying its definition of the words “vaccine” and “vaccination” on its website.
Before the change, the definition for “vaccination” read, “the act of introducing a vaccine into the body to produce immunity to a specific disease.” Now, the word “immunity” has been switched to “protection.”
The term “vaccine” also got a makeover. The CDC’s definition changed from “a product that stimulates a person’s immune system to produce immunity to a specific disease” to the current “a preparation that is used to stimulate the body’s immune response against diseases.”
Some people have speculated that the unannounced changes were the CDC’s attempt to hide the fact COVID-19 vaccines are not 100% effective at preventing coronavirus infection. U.S. Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky said in a popular tweet the CDC has “been busy at the Ministry of Truth.”
However, a CDC spokesperson told McClatchy News the “slight changes in wording over time … haven’t impacted the overall definition.”

Once again, name three vaccines that are 100% effective at preventing disease. If you cannot, then there must be, according to this definition, no vaccines whatever.
its not a vaccine- its akin to the flu shot.
Follow the $$$. 10% for the big guy.
The mRNA vaccines are really therapeutics that are administered upfront. They don’t keep you from getting or spreading the disease. But, they do help fight off the disease once you are infected.
Is there another vaccine a person had to take 3 times that isn’t effective?
Spot on. Calling it a vaccine made people think taking the shot would completely end COVID. It should've been marketed the same way the flu shot is.
That's appropriate. There aren't any vaccines that produce 100% immunity.
The recommended sequence for polio is four shots, but like the Covid vaccines it's effective.
Then there should never have been the false claims from the cdc. On approved meds that have been ineffective based on false claims, someone should be on the hook. But, crickets....
Yeah, we don’t get those either.
me neither- never have
Did the CDC ever claim 100% immunity?
I know Delta knocked it down from what it was with the original virus but even the manufacturers' trials said the vaccines were less than perfect.

Can you name three vaccines that do not require boosters to maintain effectiveness?
Seriously, all the complaints advanced by the anti-vaxxers against the COVID vaccines apply to almost all other vaccines as well.
Then there is the ‘why take a vaccines to prevent an illness with a 99.5% survival rate’. What is the survival rate for polio? It’s 99%, but that doesn’t seem to matter to the anti-vaxxer cult.
By inference since most folks simply go along and buy the line.
A major tenet of Medicine is “Do No Harm”. That tenet has been stomped into the ground with every jab of Covid injections.
But, they do help fight off the disease once you are infected.
…..THAT is what we have all been told is TheScience, in theory. THAT doesn’t make it true.
My dad had polio. He got it before they had a vaccine. I appreciate the answer. I wasn’t born when he got polio but he had 3 more kids (8 total) afterwards. He had to use a big awkward brace on his left leg the rest of his life.
I am not anti-vaxx. I just don’t think people should lose their job for not wanting this one.

If you truly believed that tenet, you would be encouraging people to get vaccinated.
