Is there another vaccine a person had to take 3 times that isn’t effective?

The recommended sequence for polio is four shots, but like the Covid vaccines it's effective.

Can you name three vaccines that do not require boosters to maintain effectiveness?

Seriously, all the complaints advanced by the anti-vaxxers against the COVID vaccines apply to almost all other vaccines as well.

Then there is the ‘why take a vaccines to prevent an illness with a 99.5% survival rate’. What is the survival rate for polio? It’s 99%, but that doesn’t seem to matter to the anti-vaxxer cult.
