Nov. 16 (UPI) -- Rep. Scott Perry, R-Pa., has tested positive for COVID-19, his office announced in a statement on Tuesday.
"Like so many of our friends and neighbors, Congressman Perry has tested positive for COVID-19," his office said.
Perry was experiencing "quite mild" symptoms and will continue working while quarantining at home as directed by the House physician, the statement added.
The congressman's office also said it would not provide further comment as "this is a personal health matter."
Perry's announcement comes a day after he was elected chairman of the House Freedom Caucus.
The timing is highly suspicious.
Remember all the GOP "cases" after the alleged "superspreader" event in the Rose Garden at which ACB was introduced?

If you cycle the phoney-baloney PCR “test” enough times your coffee and cola will “test positive”.
Rule # 1 - No testing unless you want a two week "vacation".

Good grief! Catching COVID is not a death sentence. COVID has a recovery rate on average 99.98% between ages 15-65. Almost on par with influenza mortality. There are FAR deadlier risks in life to worry about then COVID.
All this hype and focus on public figures who test positive for COVID is just meant to shill for the leftist COVID boogieman, the drug companies and the CDC fear mongering.
What is with people announcing to the world they have covid? I don’t care. It most likely a cold anyway.
The Democrats won’t share what they know about Ivermectin with the Republicans (ever wonder why they hardly ever get the virus?), so Republicans, stupid as they are, rely on the media and Fauchi...hence we have our 5:1 ratio of Republicans getting the virus over Democrats.
Also a diff between using snot or spit.
Be interesting to know which was done in Perry’s case.
Well that confirms it. So, Perry is elected leader of the Freedom Caucus and he gets COVID-19. It is clear that the establishment is going around and deliberately infecting people. (Only sorta, kinda kidding)
