Thomas Binger, lead attorney in the floundering prosecution against Kyle Rittenhouse, during closing arguments Monday aimed an AR-15 at people in the courtroom with his finger on the trigger.
“That is what provokes this entire incident,” Binger told jurors at some point during his gun-waving close. “When the defendant provokes this incident, he loses the right to self-defense. You cannot claim self-defense against a danger you create.”
No, dumbass, foolhardy idiots waving around weapons without trigger discipline is how you get innocent people killed on accident.
It was just a few weeks ago that Alec Baldwin killed a woman doing almost the exact same thing with a weapon he didn’t know (because he didn’t check) was loaded.

DA commits a felony in open court.
The judge should have put a boot up his @$$ for that.
He has got to be angling for a mistrial because he knows he’s fairly lost the case.
See, if I were writing comedy someone who have shot him and used his own argument against him to get off. No one can be sure that weapon isn’t loaded.
Judge should have him arrested for endangerment and contempt of court. He is contemptable.
Jeeeeez!
What a cuck.
That’s crazy such a no no I learned that at 13
LOL!!!

So in France, the supreme leader guy changes their flag without telling anyone.
Today, the racist judge who is presiding over the trial of the white supremacist Icon who hatefully killed 2 black protestors and wounded one while infringing upon their free speech
This judge ruled that it was perfectly ok to have a full on assault rifle at 17 cause the statute was vague.
Then the Prosecutor with an abundance of caution and trigger discipline aimed the full-on military assault rifle at the jury, so they could understand how scary it must have been to be looking down the barrel, and said “this is not a movie rehersal, imagine how scared those poor Vicks must have felt.”
Why didn’t the baliff shoot him?
But that would be Assault with a Deadly Weapon, and last I looked it is a FELONY EVERYWHERE
No, the finesteen school of weaponry. Why would they let anyone handle the weapon other than to show it as evidence? That’s what gets cinematographers killed. Frickin’ tone deaf Assyrians.
Note the low profile gas block without the more common A2 type front sight/gas block/bayonet lug combination. An AR in this configuration is intended to be used with an attached optic on the Picatinny rail on top of the upper receiver.
Even in .223, if he pulls the trigger that stock is going flying. (And isn't what he's doing in that picture a crime?)
There had to have been bailiffs and/or sheriff deputies in that courtroom to provide security. Those guys are usually trained. One of them should have said something immediately.
The pictures from that night show an optic on the upper receiver. I was just asking why its been removed from the gun as an item of evidence entered into court.
HOWEVER, there are plenty of fake guns that wouldn't intimidate the jurors. The attorney was trying to say...if you have a weapon, you intend to kill. Nice try. Are jury's that stupid?? Or did him pulling that stunt make them angry?
Did he learn NOTHING from Alec Baldwin??????
So if the jury kills this dumbass will they be able to claim that they were in fear for their life?
