In the prosecution's closing arguments at Kyle Rittenhouse's trial, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger argued that Rittenhouse lied about the threats he faced last summer in Kenosha and about being an EMT to "save his own skin" after fatally shooting Joseph Rosenbaum.
"The defendant is lying to save his own skin," Binger told the jury. "Instead of going to try and help the person he has just shot and killed."....
The prosecutor also pointed to the claims Rittenhouse made on the night of August 25, 2020, that stated he was a certified EMT, referring to the 18-year-old a "fraud medic."
"No serious, credible medic wears an AR-15 slung around their body," Binger told the jury. "That's because the defendant was a fraud. He was not an EMT. He lied. He lied to the press."

"The prosecutor...lied. He lied to the press."
OK, so maybe it's a CAR-4 and not an AR-15 in the pic.

Wasn’t he running towards the police and saying he had shot someone to try and get the person medical help?

Wasn’t the prosecutor also claiming that the guy shot in the arm was an EMT and was there to help people?
Nevermind that he pulled a gun and pointed it at Rittenhouse.

Rittenhouse gave his body armor to his friend to use, because Rittenhouse told him he didn’t think he’d need it, as he was going to be doing medical.

"Instead of going to try and help the person he has just shot and killed."....Kinda pointless, huh? He's dead. What an idiotic statement.

We need more like Kyle.
We need fewer like those who threatened him.

Every decent human being should ensure that from now on Binger’s life is a living hell.

I'm of the opinion the prosecutor lied about his JD.

"He lied to the press." (Raising hand): Excuse me, Mr. Prosecutor? Um... is lying to the press a criminal offense? I thought Kyle was on trial for something else.

The defense closing is kind of rough and choppy. I don’t like it.

Letting people riot is the problem here. If the riot had been shut down this would never have happened. BTW, not guilty.

The Judge should have shut that down.
“Mr. Binger, nowhere during this trial did you prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that Kyle Rittenhouse lie. That is what you must do in order to make this argument. Mistrial with prejudice.”

Seems Rittenhouse has been shown to be Innocent beyond a reasonable doubt. Now what was the judicial standard the Prosecutor has to meet again?

Did she get...net attacked? There’s probably some word to describe it that I don’t know.
