CNN Legal Analyst Praises Rittenhouse Prosecutor’s Closing Argument: ‘People Can Generally Understand’ Him, Unlike the Judge

CNN legal analyst Paul Callan on Monday praised the prosecution in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, where closing arguments has been underway....

When asked by CNN anchor John King how the prosecutor, Thomas Binger, has been performing in presenting his closing arguments, Callan praised Binger while taking a shot at Schroeder.

“I think he’s doing reasonably well. I mean, he’s doing is something that the judge didn’t do, which is speaking in a way that people can generally understand. I find that his contention about [Joseph] Rosenbaum is kind of implausible on its face,” said Callan, referring to Rittenhouse’s first victim, who was killed.....

“He’s doing the best he can with a weak set of facts, but we’ll have to see how the defense responds,” he said.

"weak set of facts"

Yup, in other words Klye Rittenhouse never should have been prosecuted.

Weak set of facts? Translation - so far from beyond a reasonable doubt that the case never should have been taken to trial.

“Understanding” based on a “weak set of facts” ..... liberal logic.

It’s all about “feelings.”

I was just about to say — translating that from “Attorney” into English yields:

“This bulls—+ should have never seen a courtroom.”

How such third grade level clowns get on tv - even if it’s as laughable as CNN - is a mystery to all sentience in the multiverse.

LOL ONLY Fox is still covering the Rittenhouse closing arguments. CNN and MSNBC have cut away to show Biden’s signing ceremony for the infrastructure bill.

That tells you all you need to know about what they think will be the outcome.

He’s judging this like a debate, i.e. who is the best speaker. He’s been around long enough to know that is not how cases are decided.

CNN legal analyst Paul Callan, would have found Hitler to be a victim rather than a monster. Which in fact, many on the left say and feel to be true.

Nobody on the left can be believed, and if satan declared himself a democrat, democrats would endorse him for president.

CNN is totally compromised, and cannot be counted on to relate the actual course of events.

From Wikipedia's page on Critical Race Theory, under the heading "Common Themes [of Critical Race Theory]":

Storytelling, counter-storytelling, and "naming one's own reality": The use of narrative (storytelling) to illuminate and explore lived experiences of racial oppression. Bryan Brayboy has emphasized the epistemic importance of storytelling in Indigenous-American communities as superseding that of theory, and has proposed a Tribal Critical Race Theory (TribCrit).
