Artillery would break up that mob quickly. But, let’s say using firearms, artillery and such is deemed bad sport. How about giving all the Polish soldiers pikes, since the invaders are “unarmed”. A phalanx of pikes would prevent the invaders from entering. Some winged heavy cavalry would be a nice touch too, just to remind the mooselimbs.

As with our own situation, here...these are foreign invaders who are fully loaded with enemy combatants that are looking to do great harm.
The time to get real and quit screwing around is now.

If a country cannot defend its borders then it is not a country.
Having said that, Poland is a proud and brave nation. But the bottom line is that only lethal force can really secure a border. And no nation in the West has the will to do that. It just won’t happen.
So eventually the entire West will slip away.
I wouldn’t mess with Poland. Even the nazis had a harder time with them them has usually been assumed.
Water cannon would also be useful
Lukashenko (and probably Putin) are forcing NATO into a dilemma - ignore the surge and choose humiliation among your partners for not protecting Borders, or enforce borders against their globalist Muslim invaders.
Frankly, its the same western, globalist woke hypocrisy we see played out on our own Southern Border. Lukashenko (and probably Putin) are using it to strategic and PR advantage.

I was in Poland a couple years ago. They still despise the Russians. I believe they dislike the Russians more than they do the Germans.

A wall is a good start. And walls can be very effective. For example, the Hungarian border fence has slowed illegal entry into that country to almost nothing.
But here’s the thing. Politicians come and go. And let’s suppose the next prime minister of Hungary is a liberal. Down goes the Hungarian border fence, and it’s back to the EU policy of accepting all invaders.
Do I sound pessimistic? It’s because I am.
