Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), tried to bar former President Donald Trump from Joe Biden’s inauguration following the Jan. 6 riot at the US Capitol, according to a new book.
An excerpt from ABC News Washington correspondent Jon Karl’s tome “Betrayal” states that McConnell sought to remove Trump from the guest list because he “felt he could not give Trump another opportunity to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power.” The excerpt was reported by Politico.
According to Karl, McConnell wanted all four congressional leaders — himself, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy — to send Trump a letter informing him he could not attend the inauguration. However, McCarthy (R-Calif.) balked at the idea, saying “it would be an important message of unity” if the 45th president was there.

I believe nothing that I read in the press or tell all books, but I am making an exception for all traitorous loser RINOs, especially this king of the deep state swamp.
I’ve thought all along McConnell helped (or at least knew what they were up to) the Democrats rig the 2020 election to help preserve the DC Swamp.

Anyone can write a book and make all kinds of unsupported claims.
He is still endorsing Assistant Democrats.
McConnell has proven time and again that he is an Assistant Democrat, most recently with his support of Porkulus II.
Grahamnesty has voted for amnesty and a permanent Democrat majority THREE times, so far.
If we keep re-electing Assistant Democrats, they WILL keep assisting the Democrats to a permanent majority.

I knew that McConnell wasn’t a Trump ally all along, but too many of his supporters were fooled.
I am prepared to believe anything bad about this POS. He stood in the doorway and declared "I will never allow a conservative agenda to enter these halls..." and then made it happen, blocking Trump at every turn. I hold him in utter contempt.
If a member of the press reported it, I do not believe it. Only about 1% of what the media says turns out to be accurate.
