Stop being on defense and waiting to react when you get it. Its akin to waiting until you have a heart attack before you start eating better and loosing weight! D3, Vit C and Zinc. Theres more you can take like NAC and Quercintin, but its shown to be effective just with those 3. I've been taking all 3 for over 30 years. I don't get sick, and If I got this crap, I didn't notice it.
