You need to move quercetin to the first list (with the zinc). Quercetin is a zinc ionophore (as is HCQ); it opens an ion channel through cell walls to make it easier for zinc to get into the cell. Once in the cell, zinc inhibits replicase, effectively “killing” the virus by stopping its ability to reproduce itself.

Those three are in a multivitamin I have been taking for years. I got covid and I only knew it because I lost my sense of taste. Otherwise I felt a little weird but not even anyting rising to the level of a cold. And I’m 58 so I definitely say there is some merit to taking those three at least.
The dosage protocol varies depending on whether the use is for prophylaxis (prevention before any infection) or use after you're infected. You have me curious about quercetin. Do you know a lot about it from simply reading on the internet or do you have some other expertise in the field? Thank you very much I’m just looking to gain information and probably will take it if I determine it’s beneficial.

The last year and a half of applied research, as well as concurring information from friends who are nurses. I did know something about quercetin before hand; I’ve been taking it for some years due to its helpfulness against seasonal allergies. I’ve also researched, these last several years, on the research being done for quercetin’s effectiveness against senescent cells.
Quercetin is known as an ionophore. As such it helps zinc more readily enter the cell body. Absent the presence of an ionophore, very little zinc enters our cells. Adequate zinc accessing our cells is what combats certain diseases.
Warning: too much zinc is toxic. 500mg quercitin and 50mg zinc daily is the recommended dosage prescribed by Front Line Doctors as a prophylaxis for Covid. Open the following link and search/find "Quercetin":
My best friend’s 83 year old Mom got covid. Went to urgent care on day 6. (Yes she’s an idiot to wait) they tested her and confirmed civic and sent her home with no meds so of course she was very sick. My friend called a boutique doctor( does not take insurance) in our area who is prescribing HCQ and Over me tin and he put Mom on a regimen of both with a Zpak and oral steroid. Three days later she is much better.
At one point my friend went over to the local ER and spoke to the triage nurse asking what they would do if she brought Mom in and he basically said nothing except give her oxygen.
Do not go to the hospital unless you are prepared to meet Jesus.
Bump. I wonder how many people the “care givers” deliberately let die because they would not treat them with ivermectin. Ironically, the corruptacrats sneer at people who use “horse paste,” yet ivermectin was originally meant to treat people! Later, it was adapted for treating horses.
