For the unvaccinated, yes. But it is unclear if “breakthrough” infections of the vaccinated result in natural immunity or, if yes, the same level. And it is also unclear (as far as I have read), if vaccination after infection (vaccinating the already immune) has a negative effect on natural immunity. So I think CDC’s numbers are, as usual, speculative garbage.
