Plenty more than just those two need to go, but the problem is, they never truly get rid of RINOS, because if they're removed, another one or two, will be elected, and you're back in the same boat as before. It's a revolving door.

Yeah - I doubt that would happen today since the government is loaded with communists.
But big reason Bannon will skate is because he can claim executive privilege. Executive privilege is a very big deal because the delegation of powers doctrine. The three branches are meant to balance each other out - so they make it difficult for one branch to prosecute another.
That’s the same reason impeachment rarely leads to removal. The better solution is to let the voters settle it in the next election.
