Since 1908 when the FBI was ‘created’....can anyone recall them ever getting into a lost/stolen diary situation?
If Biden’s dog runs off...will the FBI be the search unit for the dog? If Biden loses his prize pen...is there some division of the FBI ready to go and hunt for it?
Given the nature of the work that Project Veritas does, I would hope that they had been taking the necessary security precautions in anticipation of such a raid.
I’m sorry, but it sounds like Barr was enforcing the rule of law and respect for private property. The implications of disclosure of the information in the diary could affect a national election, and transportation of stolen property across state lines is a Federal crime.
We are not supposed to fine out ANYTHING about the Bidens (bunch of weirdos) but by God EVERYTHING about ANY republican is to be looked into (as we have seen, back to high school yearbooks, but Ralph Northam’s yearbook, nothing to see here).
They were searching for Lady Gaga’s dogs.
FBI protecting their king.
A stolen diary is a federal crime now?
The FBI is under DOJ. They must approve all proprietorial investigations and can direct investigations be conducted on whatever they choose. Hoover would stand up against them when he thought the DOJ was out of line. But directors since acquiesce.
Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s daughter, apparently left her diary behind or someone stole it from her ???? hmmm
My threshold question is, how is the theft of a diary a Federal issue?
Those Biden offspring are sure unfortunate. Poor Hunter had some computer repairman steal his laptop as well.
Reportedly she had abandoned the diary when she checked out of a rehab center. Assuming that’s true, and someone found it, is that really theft?
If Veritas decided against publishing it they must have determined it was phony to begin with.
“The National Stolen Property Act of 1934 (NSPA) (18 U.S.C. §§ 2314 et seq.) prohibits the transportation in interstate or foreign commerce of any goods with a value of $5,000 or more with the knowledge that they were illegally obtained, and prohibits the “fencing” of such goods.”
Not sure that applied here, do you?
Post #19 - Correction: “proprietorial” should be “prosecutorial”
What if: it wasn’t really stolen to begin with?
The FBI was born with poisonous roots therefore it’s a poisonous tree.
