My eyes!
And it was an easy to read pdf...
No more unconstitutional “ mandates “.
And, while we’re at it, let’s burn all those damn masks, so we can see when people are smiling once again.
nicely formatted post. The court order should read: OSHA is outside the constitutional enumerated powers granted by law to the government constituted to enable the united States to promote and enforce the liberty of natural citizens of the several states. All actions promulgated by this unlawful entity are null and void.

He ignored the first ruling, what’s gonna keep him from ignoring this one too?
Meanwhile, bannon ignores congress and he’s held in contempt and indicted- -
That may be vying for the Wall of Words record.
I can’t recall such language ever being used in a high court finding:
Many of the petitioners are covered private employers within the geographical boundaries of this circuit.5 Their standing6 to sue is obvious—the Mandate imposes a financial burden upon them by deputizing their participation in OSHA’s regulatory scheme, exposes them to severe financial risk if they refuse or fail to comply, and threatens to decimate their workforces (and business prospects) by forcing unwilling employees to take their shots, take their tests, or hit the road.
I like it. It is unambiguous and clear.
The tone of the ruling is wonderful to me. It is, “Well, BS, we ain’t buying your junk anymore.”
This is very well done. Written so the “common man” can easily understand the issues at stake and how they were decided. The average Joe can read this and come to the conclusion “What total BS this OSHA mandate is.”.
LOL Perfect!
Judge Duncan’s concurrence sums it up nicely: “ Whether Congress could enact such a sweeping mandate under its interstate commerce power would pose a hard question. Whether OSHA can do so does not.”
The vaccine mandates were the result of the health care policy making community, so busy fighting the pandemic of the unvaccinated, that fact-checking the false claims that discourage those who yet need to get vaccinated became a great failure. All the while, the clock is ticking where a new variant will undo the protection the present vaccines afford. The threat of an existential virus mutation and the massive false information program against vaccines, has caused policy makers flipping the panic switch for mandates.
It is human nature to use whatever means possible to put COVID in the rear view mirror. The pressure is intense to do anything to get us out of purgatory. The ends justify the means. It is like imposing an universal draft to fight a war for a future when we can return to normal life with all of its freedoms. That did not work so well during the Viet Nam War. Likewise, this will be a hard lesson where we must learn not to trade expediency for freedom.
The result of our self-discipline to follow the Constitution and the call of Liberty, will make us better able to fight a future pandemic through world-class innovation—not totalitarian measures.
They called it a jab. lol
Where is work, an email was sent yesterday to all US based employees. “If you do not comply and get the vaccine by January 4 you will be terminated on January 5.” So, after 14 years of service, I lose my job come the new year. Now I wonder how it will play out with this ruling?
<.p.> is your friend
OSHA needs to require paragraphs.
That text reminds me of the black monolith from “2001 Space Odyssey.”
