A U.S. appeals court on Friday affirmed its decision to put on hold an order by President Joe Biden for companies with 100 workers or more to require COVID-19 vaccines, rejecting a challenge by his administration.
The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans upheld the ruling despite the Biden administration saying on Monday that halting implementation of the rule could lead to the deaths of dozens or even hundreds of workers.

Nobody elected Xiden as king. Heck they didn’t even elect him as President, he stole that. The virus the communist Chinese made is what Democrats used to grab power. They have also long colluded with MSM and they have now decided to do so openly. I watched a video about Xiden’s DOJ/FBI leaking private communications from Project Veritas to the New York Times, and you can check it out in crawler link top of page at Whatfinger News. This is the kind of thing that always went on but was done on the sly before. The communists think they’ve won and no longer care to hide their actions. I’ll ignore and survive Xoe just as I did with Obama.

Quick turnaround by the court. This is a nationwide hold. Case yet to be heard and decided on the merits, but 5th Circuit said plaintiffs are (near) certain to win, and gave the reasons why.

Odd since the areas with the highest shot taking rate also have the most cases. The ‘vaccine’ is the delta variant and those who have taken the shot are the superspreaders.
