Quick turnaround by the court. This is a nationwide hold. Case yet to be heard and decided on the merits, but 5th Circuit said plaintiffs are (near) certain to win, and gave the reasons why.

That was a fun read. Apparently some Federal Judges believe in Personal Liberty still.
I only skim read the PDF, but the court seemed to hit on most of the major issues and it sounds like the Brandon admin has done a terrible jib trying to defend this disaster.
