(This is from Dr. Campbell's YouTube description) New Pfizer antiviral and ivermectin, a pharmacodynamic analysis
New Pfizer antiviral, PF-07321332, C₂₃H₃₂F₃N₅O₄
PF-07321332 is designed to block the activity of the SARS-CoV-2-3CL protease,

I can’t view this video on a Chromium browser. I have to use a Mozilla browser. Youtube crashes every single time I try to open it in Chromium. Anyone else having this problem?
Someone said the other day in joking
You are not a termites. Seriosuly yall, stop taking aspirin. (Aspirin is derived from the bark of willow trees)
He has been doing these videos twice a day since January of 2020. Its amazing. He called it a Pandemic even then. He called out the WHO then. He simply reads and explains research. He has spent much of his life going to third world countries and showing the hospital staffs how to handle infectious diseases. He is a PHD in nursing.
He was not big on Ivermectin until the studies started flowing. And experts outside of the US started to write studies on it. He does not like to be anti-establishment. But he has had little choice with Ivermectin. He is pro-vax but has pointed out the waning efficacy of the current US and british vaccines.
It will be interesting to see how long YouTube keeps it running. They love to censor...
Pfizermectin. . .just a good as Ivermectin only 3000% more expensive!
Thanks.
It’s quite limited (and he is limited to what is published).
Actual IC50 values or Ki’s along with other enzymatic parameters would be good to have and prove the point as opposed to inferences. The histogram at about 12 1/2 showed the ivermectin inhibition best.
Docking studies are good but can only be considered theoretical but provide information for follow-up enzymatic or biochemical studies which can be combined with clinical pharmacokinetic data.
Saying all this, I must point out that ivermectin is an approved drug so that his arguments, and the lack of data therein, are not necessary nor a drawback, respectively.
In other words there’s enough evidence to simply conduct well-controlled clinical trials on ivermectin to treat Covid — and at the same time for doctors to prescribe ivermectin for Covid.
It’s criminal that the right to practice medicine is being suppressed.
Repurposing is a good thing and the public health community and Obama administration stressed repurposing for public health emergency drug development.
Fauci is responsible for guiding this yet failed to address a drug, either repurposed or novel, for SARS despite its emergence almost 20 years ago now.
In other words Fauci’s job is to fund studies to see if drugs like ivermectin inhibit enzymes involved in bio-threat viruses that have been identified. Subsequent clinical and animal model work can determine if the drugs are likely to treat the disease in humans.
There should have been a repository of drugs on hand with known properties related to treating SARS viruses when Covid started. That there wasn’t is all on Fauci due to derelection of duty.
I enjoyed that video. He’s not sensationalist, but dryly witty. Effective.
Do you have any links?
The ones I've seen posted here before discuss computer modeling and test tube studies.
“You are not a termites. Seriously yall, stop taking aspirin.”
That’s a good one...PERFECT analogy!
I watched a lot of his videos as well as Dr. Roger Seheult, an ER physician in Southern California. He was on the front-lines with COVID and did a lot of the same types of presentations as Dr. Campbell. He would find relevant research papers along a certain theme (e.g., thrombosis or stroke or heart attack) and cite the key points in those research papers as relevant to COVID.
I have no background in biology other than a couple of classes way back in high school. I know nothing about organic chemistry or molecular biology. But these two guys could explain things in an easily understandable fashion.
Dr. Seheult did a presentation back in March 2020 about what he does to protect himself in the hospital. That’s when I was first introduced to the prophylaxis protocols (zinc, quercetin, Vit D, Vit C, Melatonin, and NAC) which i adopted and use to this day. I was pleased when others like Dr. Paul Marek, Dr. McCullough, Dr. Fareed, and other doctors in Australia, Texas and elsewhere all came out with their own variations of the protocol.
I think we owe tons of gratitude to all these doctors who took a lot of time doing instructional videos, testifying to Congress, and writing papers for us. I feel like we were really empowered by them.
I asked my own GP around April 2020 his opinion of the prophylaxis protocols. His AWFUL reply was “follow the CDC recommendations” which basically meant go to the hospital when you cannot breathe and get put on a ventilator.
35 are Recruiting; Enrolling by invitation; or Active, not recruiting. Six of those are in the United States.
There is a distinct (and arrogant) bias in the US press and medical establishment against any such research outside the USA.
You wrote "There should have been a repository of drugs on hand with known properties related to treating SARS viruses when Covid started. That there wasn’t is all on Fauci due to dereliction of duty." I agree 100%. I was absolutely SHOCKED that the comprehensive characterization of existing drugs to fight the SARS viruses wasn't fully developed and plans to combat the virus were not in place. So many needless deaths and a lot of them driven by Trump hatred politics. I am convinced they would have done anything to prevent Trump from getting a win. The needless ridicule of some of his entirely reasonable public comments was absolutely uncalled for. He was a lay person with regard to disease and his comments were spoken from that lay perspective.
A doctor who has been treating with Ivermectin says that more is being administered to each patient to get same result as achieved afew months ago.
Do you recall who. I did a search and didn’t find anything.
Thanks for your response. I want to clarify this:
“You wrote we need “well-controlled clinical trials on ivermectin to treat Covid.””
I definitely did not say “need” and purposely didn’t.
I tried to make two points via-a-vis the video.
1. That right now doctors should be able to prescribe ivermectin freely as there is enough evidence to support its potential benefit. (I put it second in my post). The guy is making points to support this but in a rational world he wouldn’t have to because.
2. That the basis for doing a clinical trial is already met. It’s the same point as above - he’s doing great work showing these things when he shouldn’t have to be.
It is a huge failure of our public health establishment.
Sorry, I cannot tell you who. Just a treating doctor in the trenches
yeah i cant take credit- someone else said it- I think i read it on FR- but cant remember who now
bkmk
My GP was the same. I am done with her. I got Ivermectin in the cabinet. I take vit D and Zinc. And I feel pretty good. This whole thing has taught me my doctors are not to be trusted. They cannot act on their own. And the CDC would rather you die than to live through medical advise they don’t give.
Familiar with that one. Got my attention.
“This whole thing has taught me my doctors are not to be trusted. They cannot act on their own. And the CDC would rather you die than to live through medical advise they don’t give.”
That’s exactly my take, too. I complained to the same GP of GI problems for a decade, but he didn’t do anything for me. I did my own research and told him “It sounds like I have H. Pylori.” He replied “Yeah, let’s test for that.” The test came back positive and I was put on the “Triple Therapy” which cleared the infection up. I had to do my own research and be my own strong advocate.
The whole medical establishment fell in behind the asinine recommendations of the CDC. The CDC continues their absolute Bull Shee-it with the recent statement about immunity from getting COVID vs. immunity from the shots. They prepared a very faulty single report whereas people have found over 120 reports showing the exact opposite.
