Ukraine and Russia have been in a standoff since Russia overran Crimea in 2014. Russian-backed “separatists” control large chunks of Ukrainian territory, and Russia is now preparing for what looks like a final push to crush Ukrainian aspirations of an alliance with the West and a future free of Kremlin domination.

Biden caused the attack.
Why would he stop it.

I really don’t get what the hell is the goal of this full-court press to accuse Russia of “planning to invade” Ukraine. The entire thing is absurd. The only wait Ukraine is getting attacked is in self-defense.

The Ukranian energy board is wishing they had back the $100K per month they gave Hunter Biden. All that money completely wasted.
At least China is getting their money's worth from the Bidens.

Just a question, or two questions: why should Biden ‘try to stop it’ and how would he stop it?

Ukraine had 25 years to create their own country. Their people chose instead to be governed by a pro-Russian kleptocracy.
After their color-revolution, it is now governed by a pro-NATO kleptocracy.
I would consider going to war there only if every Congressman, Senator, and Fed.gov worker’s son and daughter is drafted into the army FIRST.

Would a Russian incursion into Ukraine make sense at this time of year? I don’t know. Maybe wait until spring when the weather is better and the U.S. is preoccupied with China’s impending take over of Taiwan thereby creating something of a two front problem for the push over Biden.

Right on. The need to buy a few paintings for their government offices.

Trump was defensively overreacting to the Democrats’ phoney Russia-Russia-Russia crusade.

Why would he stop it when he won’t even stop the invasion at our own border?
