The good thing is that ending mask mandates will show, nationwide, that the masks were ineffective; further, by being quiet on CRT and other education issues, the crazy Left will be less likely to turn out for the Dems. Oh, and at this point a LOT of parents are highly motivated to run for their local school board, or to at least take down those currently in power. This is NOT going away so fast...all part and parcel of the American Left’s biggest Achilles Heel - they ALWAYS overplay their hand, and get slaughtered in the next couple of election cycles as a result.

They are, as is usual for the Left, severely overplaying their hand. Despite the warning that the voting public issued last week, they will continue because they arrogantly “know” that they are correct in all of their positions. LET them continue this crap, nationwide, and maybe they’ll lose 75 seats instead of 50.
Oh, and the fact that Nanzi Pelosi is looking for a new home in Florida (gee, it is amazing that she and her husband are moving to a red state with low taxes, isn’t it?) says to me that she knows for a fact that there’s no way that she’ll be Speaker in 2023, and that she’s going to hang up her broom.

It was outside the margin of vote fraud. Perhaps she saw the real vote numbers and got worried.
There's also school board elections, and if enough irate parents are motivated to show up and vote out the lefties, then she's in trouble.

If I were TeddyRay, I’d be getting a petition together to be signed by as many parents in his/her child’s school district regarding a class action lawsuit as possible. That, and simultaneously beginning the process of getting rid of the current Board members who are in favor of the mandate - either through a recall (if available) or by getting a well-spoken parent to be a candidate to oppose those Board members. This is still a representative republic that operates on democratic principles - TPTB can only run roughshod over the people for as long as the people permit it. Now people have woken up to the abuses of power and the arrogance of our “leaders” on all levels - from the local school board to governors and even a President and his administration - so this should end if people actually give a damn about how their country is to be operated and what kind of a future that their children and grandchildren will have.
Fight the bastards, in every way possible and on every level possible. We who are conservative or sanely middle-of-the-road outnumber the insane Leftists by at least 2-1, and it is only because they have been loud and organized that they have succeeded as much as they have over the last couple of generations. If We get loud and organized, they don’t stand a chance. This kind of awakening is exactly what Donald Trump hoped to spark...and despite him not being in the WH this term (I refuse to say that he lost, because he didn’t, it was stolen from him), I think that he actually succeede in this regard.

We have been working on recall for over a year. First one brought before a judge, the judge thought was a great basis but the attorney appointed to be our counsel at the last minute was a lefty and requested it be thrown out. Unreal how rigged things are in the court system.

Exactly what happened on our local school board. A single lefty remains. Like most of these school board members, she cross-filed and won both primaries in May. The fed up crowd won three of four slots in the GOP primary and one of four in the Democrat primary.
Unfortunately, the lefty is very well known and well-liked in the district, so the odd candidate out was the one who won the Democrat primary only.
Such an offramp, vaccines for kids, then a “new normal”. Whatever that is supposed to mean.

It is beyond me (and I am an attorney, though not a litigator) how one’s own counsel can work contrary to the interests of his client(s). It may be too late to appeal, but an appeal based on his/her violation of your state’s ethical rules and/or incompetence of counsel should serve to get another hearing. Get someone else to represent all of you and ask about that specific issue. You may well find someone or some firm to do it for free to garner the publicity.
Throw her to the curb on a busy street, said curb to be adjacent to a big mud puddle.
