The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals has granted former President Trump's request for an "administrative" injunction, temporarily blocking the release of his White House records from the National Archives to the House Committee Investigating the January 6 Capitol attack.
"The National Archives and Records Administration and the Archivist be enjoined from releasing the records requested by the House Select Committee over which appellant asserts executive privilege, pending further order of this court," the order reads.

Normally I would say that if they breach executive privilege that opens a can of worms for all ex presidents. But in our current environment, I can easily see them do this to Trump but protect all previous and future presidents. And the republicans in dc will cheer it.
If it’s allowed, then Biden is a sitting duck. So is Obama.
But it will never be used in their cases. They are more equal than the other animals, especially Trump.

This one is great, because half of them can cheer it, and the other half can blame the courts and say there is nothing that can be done about it.

Well, two out of three of the names don’t sound so bad.
This steams me so much. Do they realize the long term implications of releasing this information. They never have and never will have any foresight.
When a republican is in the Oval, I hope his supporters CONVINCE HIM TO GET THE PREVIOUS DEMOCRAT’S CLASSIFIED INFORMATION JUST TO PROVE HOW BAD, REALLY BAD GETTING THEIR WAY IS.
