The first Capitol riot defendant to plead guilty to assaulting an officer has been sentenced to 41 months in prison, the harshest sentence yet imposed for the attack.
Judge Royce Lamberth sentenced ex-MMA fighter Scott Fairlamb to approximately three and a half years in prison and three years probation for assaulting an officer while he was part of the violent mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol on January 6 in support of former President Trump.

Conservative media's mantra has been 'mostly peaceful'. Liberal media has likened it to the second coming of the Mongol horde.

Do NOT protest in DC. That city is owned lock, stock and barrel by Democrats. It doesn't matter what party controls the White House or Congress. The local government is hard-core left. The police are lefties. The judges you will face are hard-core leftists.

If he attacked a police officer he deserves some hard time, but there are lots of BLM/Antifa people who attacked police officers and they get ... nothing, or even hero status from the left.
Mean while those connected with Antifa and BLM, riot, burn and loot stores and they get away scott free. Yep, our judicial system is BROKEN.
Mohamed Noor, killer of Justine Damond, gets his sentence reduced to 57 months. Go figure.
This person may have only a little over a year to go at this
point.
If he was documented to have taking physical action against
the police, I think he overstepped.
Some things aren’t going to be overlooked, if you’re on the
right.
ANTIFA / BLM, they’ve got carte blanch. We don’t.
I don’t want folks on our side to be able to get away with
criminal activity, even if the Left can.
It’s wrong no matter who does it.
My beef is not that we are held to account, it’s that it
bothers me that Leftists aren’t.
