Today they are expected to bring in a witness that will impeach Gaige Grosskreutz' testimony claiming that he did not say that he wished that he would have emptied his gun into Kyle Rittenhouse."
It should be a lively day on the stand.
I imagine that Kyle will continue to smile and look relaxed during the trial knowing that the prosecutors are total idiots, and that Judge Schroeder will continue to make humorous insertions from the bench (probably because he already knows how this trial will end with a directed verdict of innocence).
As Hawk Harrelson used to say, "Sit back, relax, and strap it down" cuz' no doubt this one is going to get jiggy.
That’s how he comes across . . . a drunken frat boy in his college days, prolly.
yes, binger’s ‘peers’ are going to shun him as well
me too!!!
A re-rack clears the chamber in case the gun misfires. It gives you a new round.
Yes, .223 / 5.56 is made in hollow point. Common hunting round.
whoopty shit.
“DA got Kyle to admit he drove a car without a driver’s license which is against the law.”
Amateurish attempt to demonstrate Kyle’s ‘disregard’ for law and other’s safety. Same flawed reasoning to introduce type of ammo. In the DA’s mind... If Kyle cared about other’s safety he’d have used hollow point bullets instead of full metal.
The DA is a moron.
I’d bet big money binger got beat up A LOT in school. Total pansy narc that nobody liked.
Bingo.
>>>I’d bet big money binger got beat up A LOT in school. Total pansy narc that nobody liked.<<<
Snicker . . . snort! LOL!
Rack it once and as long as there are no duds or misfires, you can repeat shoot as fast as your finger can pull the trigger. In fact, Kyle shot four rounds at Rosenbaum in less than one second.
He’s about to get beat up in the courtroom . . . he’s going to be bloody by the end of the day.
SCHROEDER FOR VICE PRESIDENT!
“Does anyone put hollow points in an Ar15? Do they even make 223 hollow points?”
I’ve never heard of it, but I don’t own one. Maybe this year Santa?
The DA has caught Kyle in at least one action against the law, driver's license violation, and maybe more (underage possession). But by his inferences he's making Kyle look like a reckless kid with a firearms predilection, which might sway some members of the jury who are firearms adverse.
DA has this argument set up no matter what the answer. If the ammo was hollow point, Kyle would be accused of going out hunting for people, "more deadly."
That should be the only charge and conviction.
Good point. He did try that angle first.
glad you’re not on the jury. sad state of affairs when people have to find lint instead of the sweater
They should not even have bothered with a defense- I think he can only go downhill from here.
The prosecution did not make his case- the defense should have just asked for a dismissal.
