I don’t think he was set up. The FBI agents just straight out did what they would normally do when ordered to conduct a raid/search/home invasion/whatever.
As to naivete, IMO he is just being purposely disingenuous.
He has to have been naïve to have any of that stuff in his home and anything other than phone numbers on his phone. Not having anything encrypted in HIS line of work is foolish.............
People might need to have concealed home surveillance devices to secretly records these encounters.
Biggest thing is... any recordings *must* be released immediately, way before any agencies get wind of them or a “judge” slaps a gag order.
The public needs to see these interactions, unfiltered, and view them while the government is caught flat-footed.
FBI and DOJ thugs are trying to intimidate us - all of us.
I am sure he has many good lawyers, problem is he doesn't own any judges.

Madison was a wise man, so was Winston but people need to understand that is why we have a Republic instead of a Democracy, even our conservative politicians often fail the make that distinction.
