Yesterday’s ruling in a federal appeals court in New Orleans granting a temporary injunction against the vaccine mandate was encouraging to those who oppose the federal overreach it represents.
But despite solid arguments against the mandate’s legality, it will likely go forward anyway. The injunction imposed by the appeals court yesterday was temporary. At some point, an appeals court will rule that the requirements of the mandate can go forward while the OSHA rule is litigated.
That’s going to take a while. In fact, the delay between cause and effect is part of the Biden administration’s strategy. By the time the issue is decided by the Supreme Court—almost certainly in favor of the states suing the administration—it may well be next fall. The suing states could ask for an expedited Supreme Court hearing, but that’s almost never granted.
By then, the “temporary” legality of the mandate will have resulted in millions of people being forced to get jabbed or lose their jobs. Biden will have accomplished his mission, employers will be relieved of the burden of having to enforce an unpopular rule, and we can all go back to living our normal lives just like we did before the pandemic began, right?

Treason is the reason.
Laws don’t matter.
The government persecutes the people they don’t like and protects the people they do like.
That’s the reality and I think it’s foolish to count on any sort of “legal process”. It’s window dressing only, if you happen to find any of it.

The SCOTUS is going to punt this as far and long as possible. The privilaged princes got the message.
The next step will be a mandate saying “you are not allowed out of your house, or to get food, water, and heat, unless you have a vax passport!”

There are rumblings that everything. CV19, the lockdowns, the jabs, everything are because we are running out of energy.
As in things are going dark, fast.
So the push is on to “cut our way” out of the problem.
And it didn’t work.
Sadly, you are likely correct.
That is the same thing our corporate legal team said.
This is a temporary stay, and to expect the mandate to proceed shortly (lawyer was a bit more colorful, but they are not a fan of this).
Basically, the North East districts are not going to allow a court in the south tell them what to do.
The Constitution gives the feds NO authority whatsoever to interfere with healthcare, so the act is patently unconstitutional
Why It Will Still Be Imposed
Because for too long the States and the People have allowed the feds to run roughshod over the Constitution.
The feds have always HATED the Constitution because the Constitution represents SEVERELY LIMITED government and protects GREAT FREDDOM to individuals.
