George P. Bush: Democrat will be elected Texas attorney general if Paxton is GOP candidate

Texas Attorney General candidate George P. Bush (R) warned on Sunday that a Democrat would be elected to the role if incumbent Ken Paxton (R) won the Republican nomination again.

“This time around he will not win, because he’s facing corruption and bribery charges. Imagine having a Democrat AG with a Democrat president and what that means for Texas politics,” Bush, the son of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R), said during “Lone Star Politics,” a Sunday political show, according to The Dallas Morning News

Yes, and if George P. Bush is the candidate and wins the election, a DemocRat will still have been elected. So, the question is, would I rather have a DemocRat in office who admits to being one?

All the Bushes are left wing democrats. I didn't realize how much until I saw their collective antagonism against Sarah Palin and Mr. Trump.

Electing George Pee would be like having our very own democrat in that office. Not like we have enough of them already. Look at the "republicans" who helped the democrats pass their trillion dollar tax and spend program.

I’ve lost all respect for all of the Bushes. They’re nothing but democrats now.

So, the leaders of “Democrat lite” are offering real Republicans/conservatives some advice?

Paxton has pretty aggressively represented the conservative position for Texas in the national hullaballoo, while the Bushes and their running dogs, e.g. the Cheneys, are losers who hand the democrats what they want on a platter, while getting nothing for their constituents. I presume that as part of the swamp, they of course get their cut of whatever deal is going.

The best pushback against El Pequeño Shrubbo would be a one-day moneybam for Paxton. Donate - Ken Paxton.

If anyone here knows Paxton's people, reach out tomorrow and pick a specific day soon and report back.

Left wing "republicans" are contributing to global warming. All the hot air they produce during election time is not helping. Then when they win the election, they do absolutely nothing for their base, and actually work with democrats to defeat conservatives.

Paxton's people need to get El Shrubbo's mug shot from this arrest and launch a punch-down PAC ad right now.

In December 1994, Bush was arrested at his former girlfriend's home after attempting to break in and later driving his car through the front yard. The victims declined to press charges.

"Bush was arrested six years ago for breaking into the house of a girlfriend in the Killian area of Miami.

Police were said to have drawn up a report in which he was accused of burglary and "criminal mischief", having driven his four-wheel-drive vehicle over two front lawns in the affluent suburb."

SmokingGun went one better.

"On December 31, 1994, Bush showed up at 4 AM at the Miami home of a former girlfriend. He proceeded to break into the house via the woman's bedroom window, and then began arguing with his ex's father. Bush, then a Rice University student, soon fled the scene. But he returned 20 minutes later to drive his Ford Explorer across the home's front lawn, leaving wide swaths of burned grass in his wake."

...."what’s the overall opinion of the bush crime family down in Texas?"....

I've lived in Texas all my life. The Bush's were well thought of until the Iraq war. Then Trump came along and made fun of Jeb. Since then everybody saw that Jeb was a joke. Now the other Bush's feel compelled to stand up for Jeb and are going against about 80% of Texans. They have all just turned into Rino's and are thought of in the Romney and Lindsy Graham. category. GW's Vice POTUS was Dick Cheney and look what a mess that is with Liz now. It's hard to even say anything nice about the Bush's today.

This might be what they are talking about when they say Texas might go blue. AOC wouldn't have a chance but someone that sounded like Bush might claim to be Republican and fool the voters.

I'm looking at my congressman and wondering why he hasn't impeached Biden yet and he is a staunch conservative but that's not good enough anymore. I want people in jail!!!!

I went to church with Babin and live a couple of blocks away from his house. He was my dentist. I haven't disagreed with him on anything so far but wonder why he isn't impeaching people right and left. If I were in congress, I would be working on the Attorney General right now. If someone pays a dime to the illegals, I would impeach all of them for treason!!

It's SOP for Democrats (and sympathizers) to manufacture a scandal against Republicans and then run on that scandal.

See Ronnie Earle in Texas against Tom Delay (and almost all prominent Republicans during his tenure).

See Nancy Pelosi against Florida's Mark Foley in 2006.

See Gray Davis against Bill Simon in California in 2002.

..."Is Paxton in any real danger of losing if he runs?"...

I don't think so, but I've been wrong before. He is what Texans are looking for.

While I'm posting on this thread,.....What is everybody's opinion of Governor? I'm afraid Abbott will go squishy and I'm giving a look at Allen West.

I don’t want to live in a world where the mere existence of “charges” is enough to disqualify you. Apparemtly Paxton thinks he can stand the heat. Have at him Georgie Porgie.

Jeb! is what happens when Blue Bloods have a family tree that looks like a telephone pole .

Jeb! and Mittens

Is it just me or does it look like those two clowns are "rubbing one out" together?

Here is the idiotic, traitorous George W Bush showing love on his coc-onspirators couple of the Uniparty Regime.

None of the vicious, self-serving, and evil people will ever get my vote again. They have betrayed America and we owe them nothing but scorn.

Yeah, so when as anyone running against an incumbent in a primary ever not said that the incumbent would lose if he gets the nomination?

Bush is going through his political death throes.

Republicans will be +20 in Texas next year, just as they were in 2014. Paxton will be +15. This is great year to be a Republican and Paxton is no IDIOT, like Cruz is.
