I live 30 miles south of Wilkes-Barre and this is the first time I’m hearing about this. I check the Scranton/Wilkes news sites every day, nothing was reported back in September.

Also, it is said the the perp was arrested for DWI, injury and/or death and leaving the scene. Since he was not out on bail he must have been looking at a lot of time in the slammer with little hope of being found not guilty at trial.
