They forgot to mention human rights issues—mandatory unwanted medical treatment or duress to induce unwanted medical treatment is a crime against humanity everywhere and forever.
It would be great to stop it here, but it needs to be stopped everywhere.

Does this only apply to just businesses or does this also apply to healthcare workers at hospitals, etc that receive Medicare/Medicaid? The latter was also included in the OSHA mandate.

The 5th circuit (TX, LA, MS) is pretty solid. If there is an emergency appeal to SCOTUS, Alito is the SCOTUS Justice for the 5th.
