Well, we don’t have relief here in AL yet (just TX/LA/MS, which is the 5th’s jurisdiction). I hope it will be soon, or a certain manufacturer in this county will have to fire a stellar key employee... guess who that might be...

The way I see it, we are always confronted by this sort of choice. The law pretends to recognize this by giving latitidue for religious belief, for example. If it didn’t do that, people would become comforthable following their religion and igorning the law.

Nobody should feel obliged to follow an immoral law.

The Nazis didn’t break any laws.

Underground railroad was illegal.

In most cases of resistance, the government is the initiator of force of violence.

I just read the order. To quote:

Because the petitions give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate, the Mandate is hereby STAYED pending further action by this court.

That good enough fer ya?

Weren’t they called Slumburger for awhile? At one time before reassuming their name of the Roman God of the Sea?

Yup. As someone said on the Conservative forum on Reddit:

“Good.

OSHA can mandate steel toe boots, it can mandate hard hats, it can mandate reflective vests, it can mandate safety glasses and harnesses.

Those all cease to matter and no longer applies to the worker the second someone punches out.

Mandating medication ‘for workplace safety’ however is not restricted to just the workplace.

It would be no different than OSHA mandating that every worker take anti psychotics and anti depressants to ‘reduce workplace violence’.”

What is meant by stay? Does this mean that they will appeal the ruling and it goes to the Supreme Court? Or is it dead in the water. Or are they going to rule on it down the road after further consideration or testimony?

I would like to see the entire text of that document on Twitter if it’s available somewhere.

the left will not appeal this.... because it would advance and become multi district... they will stall and have separate but similar injunctions in other districts dividing our nation up into legal fiefdoms for carrying out their cultural covid genocide.

The feds run PACER, which carries higher fees than pacermonitor!

There are a couple other similar services. I forget what I used to get docs in the Flynn case, but what was available, was free.

This is one of the ways the government and press collude to keep the public in the dark.

Don't be giving them any ideas.

Ah, makes sense that they would do that. Looks like I may have to pony up the dough in order to properly track all these cases.
